Company History
On December 18, 2006, the NB/ NC Product line of valves were sold to Precision Equipment Manufacturing LLC (PEM). The
creation of Compact valve and Manifold (CVM) to complement PEM was the idea of now President Greg Fredrick and Vice
President Leonard Saunier. Compact Valve and Manifold was created to be the sole partner with PEM to be the exclusive
seller of the new PEM, KF series of valves. While PEM and Compact Valve and Manifold both were committed to growing and
enhancing the KF product line, Compact Valve and Manifold implemented a strategy to not only become a leading retailer of
valves but also cementing its place in the industry as a leader in oilfield structural and manifold fabrication, valve services and
field services.      
Based in New Iberia, La. Compact Valve and Manifold has experienced tremendous growth since its conception. CVM’s
aggressive business plan lead to the creation of several sub divisions, such as Complete Valve Services (CVS), a division of
Compact Valve and Manifold that offers both onshore and offshore installation, service and repair on all major valves from the
tree up.
Compact Valve and Manifold also began offering to its customers not only the advantages of being able to buy valves and
fittings but also to have all of there piping and manifold fabrication needs met under one roof. This approach to unequaled
customer care has lead Compact Valve and Manifold head first into the custom fabrication business. Compact Valve and
Manifold now has a full fabrication shop with a 12 welder capacity, featuring brand new state of the art equipment, and the
ability to instantly more than triple the in house capacity.
Compact Valve and Manifold field services division maintains a large labor pool of quality welders and fitters with experience in
stick, tig, mig and flux core applications. Teamed up with Complete Valve Services (CVS), Compact Valve and Manifold Field
Services Division can offer a complete package able to handle any project from big to small. Depending on a clients needs
Compact Valve and Manifold can staff any size project with contracted welders/ fitters, pipe welders/fitters, valve technicians
and helpers and crane operators.                           
As a complement to the fab shop and field services division Compact Valve and manifold also has a comprehensive Drafting
department which utilizes the latest software from Autodesk including Autocad 2008 and Autodesk Inventor Series, with the
ability to render a client’s project in new 3D technology. Bringing together all of the components’ needed to create high
quality, turn key services has driven Compact Valve and Manifold to strive for excellence.

Mission Statement
Compact Valve & Manifold’s first priority is the safety of our employees. CVM pre screens all potential employees and requires that all current
employees undergo extensive on going safety training and testing. Our goal of a zero accident work place does not stop with just our personnel but
continues with our equipment and our employees working environment. Our personnel are trained on the proper use of our equipment and how to
properly maintain it to ensure it is operating safely and efficiently. We teach our employees to always question any situation that they think is unsafe and
not to fear retaliation. As a result, CVM has NEVER had a lost time accident both on land or offshore. We want our customers to rely on Compact Valve
